I believe that among you there are certainly those who, before going on vacation, did some kind of detox and/or diet in order to shine on the beach in a new swimsuit. I’ll admit right away, if I wasn’t pregnant, I’d probably be among you. However, summer brings us those sweet temptations that are so hard to resist and that contribute to the accumulation of harmful substances in our body, which in the coming colder days can cause a problem with immunity. Read below how to carry out detoxification in a natural way and why it is equally important to detoxify the body, but also our mind.
Ice creams, cocktails, seafood delicacies and other specialties, then night outs, and we know what they bring with them, filled our body with a series of harmful substances that now need to be rid of in order to enable the body to work better and have a strong immunity and thus avoid the appearance diseases in the coming colder days. In addition, the colder period of the year often leads to withdrawing into yourself, the attacks of fatigue are felt more and more, and if, in addition to all this, your emotional and mental state is fragile and damaged, you are in for nothing less than a difficult period followed by the worst mood and impaired health.
This is exactly why after summer activities it is desirable to clean the body of accumulated harmful and unnecessary substances in order to make it easier and enable a fresh start and a better fight against various microorganisms that lurk in the colder period of the year.
Detoxification, or detox for short, is the process of neutralizing, eliminating and expelling accumulated toxic substances, but also emotions from the body, which many forget.
The result of the accumulation of toxic substances manifests itself through various symptoms, the most common of which are:
- lack of energy
- chronic fatigue
- poor concentration
- a bad dream
- headache
- skin changes
- faster aging of the skin
- hair loss
- decline in immunity, flatulence and acid in the stomach
- digestive problems
- depressed state
- obesity

What does natural body detox mean?
In order for the detoxification program to be successful, it is necessary to act on several levels, which means that during the program, in addition to the application of certain herbal preparations, one should try to find time for rest and relaxation, exercise, meditation and natural skin care for the body and face. Remember that successful detoxification involves a synergistic effect on the mind and body, which means that it’s not enough to just eat healthy and take certain nutritional supplements. Working on an emotional, mental and spiritual level is of key importance. If you are not willing to act on these levels as well, there is no point in even trying to detox.
Natural detox includes:
- changing eating habits (introducing intermittent fasting, eliminating refined foods, reducing carbohydrate intake, etc.)
- hydration (drinking at least 2-3L of water per day)
- kidney and liver drainage (drinking tea, tincture and/or capsule with essential oils and green clay)
- aromatherapy treatments (aroma massage, Aromaface-emotional reflexology of the face, rain drop, aromahead)
- use of natural cosmetics (switching to natural cosmetics, regular face and body care with natural cosmetics)
- anti-cellulite body treatment (using an oil mixture enriched with essential oils to achieve maximum effect)
- dry brushing of the body (for additional activation of the whole body)
- physical activity (minimum 30 minutes every day)
- meditation and journaling (5 minutes a day)
- hydrocolon therapy (optional, preferably at least one visit during the detox program)
In addition to introducing better eating habits, encouraging the organs to excrete, you will also work on other levels that are extremely important for the detoxification program to succeed. You all often only focus on nutrition or even that, but think that the use of certain supplements will lead to an improvement in the condition. Such a way is completely wrong and does not bring any results.
You have to look at the body as a whole and approach it that way.
