Being in one’s essence is the role of every human being, which is transferred to our life through recognition as the knowledge that we are physically and spiritually alive. The right to exist is our mark, a point that increases with each awareness of ourselves, of everything that surrounds us, and therefore, when we exist and live this marvelous reality that gives us as much as it takes, is a lesson that will transform us and teach us to accept our humanity.
Sometimes this miraculous reality brings us or puts us in situations that seem impossible, seem challenging and difficult, seem like a nightmare, but ultimately, life and this existence lead us to ourselves and the way we will respond to everything that happens to us.
When we feel that we are losing connection with ourselves, it means that we have moved away from a part of our consciousness that is always present – we perceive the cessation of connection as an illusion, so we think that it is not there.
We stepped back and turned to the ego, but we didn’t separate and nothing broke – it went into a state of identification with our belief or fears. We have created a perception – when we are not focused on ourselves (for example, when we do not have time for our needs), we force ourselves to think that it is difficult to establish a connection with ourselves and make decisions to give ourselves the necessary understanding and time.
To realize that we are not in a relationship with ourselves is proof of the vitality of our relationship with ourselves.
Change will happen when we see ourselves as a being who is always there, and regardless of the circumstances, we strive to develop the belief that we maintain a connection with ourselves constantly, whether consciously or unconsciously.
Spiritual techniques such as meditating, visualizing, affirming or exercising are the definition of working on yourself to keep yourself spiritually present. If we have moved away from them a little, it does not mean that we have neglected that part of ourselves. It is just in the background, waiting for the moment when it will be called to shine again and speak through us.
Let’s give ourselves permission to pause when it becomes overwhelming, let’s open ourselves to the possibility for the energy to do its thing – because the more mental noise is present, the longer it will take to “return” to ourselves.
And therefore, sending a few words of comfort to ourselves is a great support for our mental and emotional state. In this way, we give ourselves the space to strengthen the connection and show us how accessible it is even in the period of “lack”.
The self is divine, the self is cosmic, the self is earthly and as such, nothing can take it away from us.
This awareness represents a new dimension of accepting one’s role in life and making a decision in which we successively choose our wholeness.
