INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g of dates
- 100 ml of water
- 100 g of almonds
- 50 g of coconut crumbs
- 50 g oat flour
- 2 spoons of cocoa
PREPARATION:
- Blanch the almonds, and pour hot water over the dates and leave them to soften for a while.
- Grind the almonds in a blender to a flour texture. Add dates, together with water, oatmeal, coconut crumbs and cocoa, then continue to blend until the ingredients are combined into a uniform mixture. If the mixture is gooey, add a little more oat flour.
- Leave the mixture for about 10 minutes to compress, then take the mixture with a spoon and form balls of the desired size with your hands. If desired, roll the balls in coconut crumbs.
