INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g of peas
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- juice of 1⁄3 lemon
- the liquid in which the peas were cooked
PREPARATION:
- Boil the peas and save the liquid in which they were cooked.
- Put the cooked peas and enough cooking liquid in the blender to make a puree.
- Add salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice. Mix until a smooth texture.
- Transfer the spread to a bowl and serve with vegetable meatballs, baked tortillas, bread or crackers.
