The Coccole brand was born out of the desire to offer a new level of care in the segment of beautifying small and medium-sized dogs on our market. In addition to innovative treatments and SPA services, in the Coccole boutique you can find unique and useful products such as treats to combat plaque bacteria in the mouth or interactive toys for excellent mental stimulation.
How did I decide on this business venture?
It’s no secret that the pandemic changed many people’s lives, and it completely transformed my career. I have a master’s degree in economics and after finishing my studies I worked in an agency for the preparation of EU projects.
The toy poodle Coco is responsible for my development of interest in grooming. Since she entered my life, I fell in love with dog hair care, various hairstyles, grooming, and opening a salon was a natural sequence of events.
I turned my love for dogs and my poodle Coco into the Coccole project. The Coccole brand was created from the combination of the name Coco and my name Leona, and the word itself means pampering in Italian.
Pets in Croatia can only get a basic hygiene service in most salons, and at Coccole we want to pamper them. That’s why I nurture an individual approach to each client, and all the products I use for pet care in the salon and for sale in the store have passed my tests on Coco and are of exceptional quality.
Coccole salon and shop in Samobor is one of the first in Croatia with a very specialized range of products and services, and in order to make the service as high quality as possible, I was educated at the grooming academy in Italy and in many specialized educations of world-famous groomers.

Who is Coco?
I am princess poodle is the stage name for a toy poodle named Coco, who is also one of the first Croatian dog influencers. This famous poodle is only 3 years old and is already a real star on Instagram with more than 3500 followers. On her feed, you will first notice pictures from travels, exhibitions and nature walks. Coco’s “work” as an influencer is not difficult because she likes to pose for the camera and be in the center of attention. And when she is not traveling or walking, you can find her in the Coccole salon.
